These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all guided tours, tickets, reservations, and related services (“Services”) provided by Greenfield Company s.r.o., operating under the brand ProgramTickets.com. By booking or participating in any Service offered on www.programtickets.com
, you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not book or use our Services.

Greenfield Company s.r.o. operates guided tours in Paris, Barcelona, and additional European destinations through licensed guides and official partner agencies.

2. Scope of Services

We provide:

Guided walking tours (public and private)

Skip-the-line entrance tours (where applicable)

Cultural, historical, and thematic tours

Transfers or transportation when included in the tour description

Ticketing services for attractions and partner events

All tour descriptions, timings, inclusions, and exclusions are listed individually on the product pages.

We reserve the right to update or modify tour content due to:

• Weather conditions
• Museum/attraction regulations
• Operational requirements
• Safety considerations
• Availability of guides or partners

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking
All bookings must be completed online through our website or through approved resellers.

3.2 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major cards and digital payment methods as available at checkout.

3.3 Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, You will receive a confirmation email including:

• Tour date & time
• Meeting point instructions
• Guide or partner contact details
• QR code or booking reference (if applicable)

4. Prices & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices include all applicable taxes according to Slovak and EU law.

The price paid at the time of booking is final. Promotional codes or special offers cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We follow a clear and transparent cancellation policy:

5.1 Customer Cancellation

More than 24 hours before the tour:
100% refund

Within 24 hours before the tour:
No refund

No-show or late arrival:
No refund

5.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be offered if requested more than 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
Within 24 hours, rescheduling is not guaranteed.

5.3 Company Cancellation

If we must cancel a tour due to exceptional circumstances (weather hazards, guide illness, strikes, attraction closures, safety risks), customers will receive:

A full refund or

An alternative tour of equal value

6. Customer Responsibilities

By participating in our tours, You agree to:

• Arrive at the meeting point on time
• Follow the guide’s or staff’s instructions for safety reasons
• Ensure you have valid tickets, IDs, or passes if required
• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing
• Behave in a respectful manner toward guides, other participants, and cultural sites

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any Customer who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Personal Risks
Participation in walking tours or outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Customers join tours at their own risk.

7.2 Loss or Theft
Greenfield Company s.r.o. is not liable for:

• Lost or stolen property
• Personal belongings left unattended
• Damages caused by third parties

7.3 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Strikes
• Political events
• Natural disasters
• Transportation issues
• Attraction closures

7.4 Professional Guides
We collaborate with licensed local guides or certified partner companies in each city.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, You agree not to:

• Misuse the booking system
• Copy, distribute, or resell content
• Engage in fraudulent behavior

We may disable access in case of misuse.

9. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customer data is used only for:

• Processing bookings
• Customer communication
• Compliance with legal requirements

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except operational partners necessary to deliver the tour.
