This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all bookings made through www.programtickets.com.

In this Policy, “ProgramTickets”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Greenfield Company s.r.o.
By completing a booking, you enter into a legally binding contract and agree to the terms set out below.

1. Nature of the Services

ProgramTickets facilitates the sale of tickets and reservations for leisure activities, events, and programs that take place on a specific date and/or at a specific time.
All services offered are time-specific services.

2. Exclusion of the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
By completing a booking, you expressly acknowledge that:
● The purchased service is provided on a specific date or time.
● The standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
● Your cancellation rights are limited to those explicitly stated in this Policy.

3. Free Cancellation – More Than 24 Hours Before Start

Customers are entitled to cancel their booking and receive a 100% refund of the purchase price if:

● The cancellation request is received more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the program or event.
● The request is submitted in writing via email to info@programtickets.com.
● The booking reference number and customer name are included.
The 24-hour period is calculated based on the official start time stated in the booking confirmation.
If these conditions are met, the booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations Within 24 Hours / No-Show

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled start time, as well as failure to attend the event (“no-show”), are strictly non-refundable.
In such cases:
● No refund will be issued.
● No credit will be granted.
● No transfer or rescheduling will be permitted.
After the 24-hour free cancellation deadline has passed, the booking becomes final and binding.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment, unless otherwise required by law.
Refund timing depends on the payment service provider and financial institution. ProgramTickets is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable where legally permitted.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in cases where:
● The cancellation falls within the non-refundable period described in this Policy.
● The service was provided as agreed.
● The booking terms were clearly accepted at checkout.
If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this Policy, we reserve the right to:
● Provide this Policy, booking confirmation, and proof of service to the payment provider.
● Recover any costs, fees, or administrative expenses incurred as a result of the chargeback.
● Restrict or refuse future bookings.
This clause does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

7. Service Cancellation by Organizer

If a program is cancelled by the organizer or cannot be delivered as confirmed, customers will be entitled to:
● A full refund, or
● An alternative date (subject to availability).
This clause applies only where the cancellation is not caused by the customer.

8. Force Majeure (Vis Maior)

ProgramTickets shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters
● Extreme weather conditions
● Government restrictions
● Pandemics or public health emergencies
● War, terrorism, civil unrest
● Strikes or labor disputes
● Transportation disruptions
In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule the service or issue a refund at our discretion, taking into account the circumstances and applicable legal obligations.
Force majeure events do not entitle the customer to compensation beyond the refund of the purchase price where applicable.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy and any disputes arising from bookings made via www.programtickets.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
